HELP! I am trying to loose weight and I have a wicked sweet tooth!!!!!!!!?

I've lost the "easy" half of my pregnancy weight and my sweet tooth is back and destroying my progress. I need something sweet that I can eat that won't totally ruin my diet. Please help me without just saying "eat fruit". Thanks!!

Try fat-free sugar free Jello cups. The chocolate ones are great when you are craving chocolate. You can also freeze them into popsicle molds for a great ice cream treat!


Another way to fit sweets in when your trying to lose weight is to eat one or two small size (like fun size or bite size) candies. Dont go overboard though. Also try sucking on hard candies, they only have like 20 calories per candy... I LOVE butterscotch discs!

Reply:They make 100 calorie packs of oreos, chips ahoy and now they have like reese and twix and m%26amp;m's... Look for those items in the store, thats what i use because sometimes you just need some chocolate!





Weight Watchers also makes ice cream bars (which are delicious) and little cakes too.
