Trust me, most of us women feel this way at least once a month. Lol. But, seriously, you can always avoid any type of sweets including chocolate by eating a pickle or an orange. Both of those foods are tart and that completely takes away any craving for sweets. Trust me! It works!
Reply:Substitute chocolate for something else.Try something healthy, such as fruits.
Reply:may b find a new kind of a crave...like lolipops

so delicious!!!!
Reply:Sugar is addictive. It creates a craving for more sugar. If you can go cold turkey off all sugar for a few days, you will find that the craving for sugar goes away.
Reply:Slowly decrease the amount of chocolate you eat. The more sugar your body gets the more it wants so if you slowly decrease it than your body wont want as much of it. Going cold turkey will just make you crazy.
Reply:Eat very dark chocolate - it has some health benefits. Also, try carob. It tastes like chocolate. :) Change what type of chocolate you are eating. For instance, now you can get these chocolate truffles in a tin (I think Hershey's makes them) and they are very decadent, so you only want to eat one. That's a good way to slow down on the chocolate. Also, try some other healthy snacks and see if any catches your fancy.

You could also figure out how many calories of sweets you are eating, then figure out how much exercise you have to do to erase those calories each day. This might help you slow down. :)

Good luck!!! :)
Reply:Brush your teeth every time you get a craving for chocolate - it works. Also, don't cut it out completly. If you good all week, reward yourself w/ a small piece. All things in moderation.
Reply:Allow yourself a little bit, like 2-3 Hershey's kisses. If you don't allow yourself a small treat once and a while, you will just make the "forbidden" substance more appealing. Dark chocolate does have some nutritional benefits. If you still have a sweet tooth, have some fruit or yogurt.
Reply:try sugar-free chocolate. but don't try tyo hard,enjoy life!
