I have a really bad sweet tooth. I am trying to diet. But I can't seem to kick my M%26amp;M and ice cream habit. What can I do?? Please help me!!!!
How can I control my sweet tooth??
i am trying to do the same thing but nothing will work maybe eat healthy food that are good or just lower down on the sweets
Reply:drink water or gatorade. or even better, watered-down gatorade. it helps a lot.
Reply:Try eating sweet fruits like mangos, oranges, berries, etc.
Reply:I have one of those huge sweet tooth things too! I've been dieting since Jan. 1st and have shed 20 pounds so far. 6 more pound to my goal weight. For satisfying my sweet tooth, I've been eating one or two fudgcicles a day - the kind with no sugar added or sweetened with Splenda. Also, the single serving puddings help that craving. When I want to eat something, but don't know what, I pop a hard candy sweetened with Splenda in my mouth. Takes awhile to melt, so that pretty much does the trick. The diet thing? I walk 1 1/2 miles on my treadmill at 2.7 mph and have learned to control portions of every day food plus drinking lots of water. Nothing special... just smaller amounts and absolutely no seconds.
Reply:a lot of people with sweettooths snack on spinach
if you eat enough, it makes your teeth feel kinda strange, which makes you stop wanting sweets! Plus its good for you!
Reply:ok, well have you heard of the tv show 'i can make you thin'?
It is actually really helpful, even if you dont need to lose weight
The dude showed how to demolish a sweet craving! I tried it and holy cow it worked! Either watch the show (sundays at 9 on tlc), you tube it, or go to www.tlc.com/thin
Reply:Bananas are good if you eat alot of chocolate, as there is something in bananas which is also in chocolate, as for M%26amp;M, have you tried just nuts, i found also if you fruit ice lollies, it is better if you make your own with sugar free jucie, they taste just the same and you can add pieces of fruit in them to, my friends kids love them. Sugar free jelly is also good, but nothing is better than fresh fruit.
