The only sort of food cravings I get are for sweets. Especially in the evenings, like after supper. Are there any ways to lose the cravings for sweets? I find I've always had a "sweet tooth", and I know some people just don't. Can I somehow make myself be one of those people?
Thanks!
Are there any ways to get rid of a sweet tooth?
Remove the Sugar Addiction download from Independent Achievement. I got it online along with several other topics.
Reply:If you go long enough without any sweets, your body won't crave it anymore.
But it's not always easy to go without your favourite sweet, but once you get past the first 3 days you should be fine.
Reply:i have food cravings too! that chocolate always tries to get the best of me, so I make healthy things with chocolate in them (like healthy brownies and cookies). try recipes frm myrecipes.com to find some healthy sweets. =] good luck!

Reply:You can be like me and eat nothing but sweets and junk and cereal. I'm totally skinny. And completely malnourished, but I haven't had any ill effects so I really don't care.
Yay for being 16 and invincible! =D
Reply:Ha welcome to the club. I'm stuck with one as well, but there are ways to TRICK your sweet tooth. My personal favorite:
1. take two fat free grahm crackers
2. squirt fat free whipped cream on one (nice and thick!!)
3. you can drizzle fat free chocolate syrup (or whatever flavor) on the whipped cream.
4. GENTLY lay the second cracker on top. DON'T PUSH!
5. You can drizzle more ontop of the "ice cream sandwich" but it makes it a little messier.
6. Stick the "sandwich" in the freezer. 10 minutes usually does it.
I always stick mine in the freezer before dinner so i don't have to wait!! It's DELICIOUS and fat-free. A good way to psych out your sweet tooth.
