On Twisted Metal 3,is it possible to unlock Sweet Tooth and Minion without cheats,if so,how?

Its been 6-8 years since i last played this game.But im about to get it again soon,and i want to be ready,lol.If you can unlock Sweet Tooth or Minion without the use of cheats,how do you do it?Ive looked on many websites for hints to unlock either of them,and all they provide is cheats.


Also,if you have played Twisted Metal 3,and REMEMBER unlocking one of them,please tell me.Thanks alot for the help.

I'm sorry, but from my experience you could never unlock Sweet Tooth or Minion without using codes.
