I usually work out at least five days of the week and eat relatively healthy. But lately ive been skipping days of exercise and eating sweets more frequently, since easter. For example, today i totally ate two bags of trolli candy and the other day a pint of ice cream. I have a huge sweet tooth and gave it up for lent but now it seems i cant have enough. How will this affect me or set me back and how much more will i have to work on it with exercise, etc to counter it? and are there any ideas to work past these crazy cravings ive been having?? i recently lost some weight and inches and i dont want to have done it for nothing
Trolli gummi candy and my sweet tooth? How bad is this?
Well, you'd probably end up with cavities!
I say for the next few days, just lay off of the candy.
And try to eat fruits %26amp; veggies.
I have a realllly good idea of what to do if you crave candy! First, cut like 8-10 strawberries and just put Splenda 'fake' sugar on it! You can get splenda at Target, Cub Foods, and probably Wal-Mart, and unlike real sugar, it doesn't make you fat!
It tastes WAY better than candy - trust me. Just make sure the strawberries are good and sweet.
And then just excercise like 10-20 minutes a day. Not everyday, probably 4 or 3 days a week.
Reply:hey omg i have those trolli gummy candies too! i just ate like half a bag!! i like the red/blue ones yummy!!!
