I would love to find new ways to curb my sweets habit with cookies and candy. I work in an office which screams "Snacks"!!
Help me break my sweet tooth!?
Eat things that are kind sweet but light.... like take some chocolate graham crackers and seperate them into the smallest pieces using the perifriation or watever. Then stick two pieces together with low fat and low sugar whip cream and freeze um in a zip lock bag.
Fruits are good too.
Reply:Eat fruit, bring food, try taking something and eating only half and then waiting a few minutes for the rest.
Reply:Always keep healthy snacks handy like caramel corn rice cakes, fruit, trail mix and protein bars. Keep in mind though, you have to eat everything in moderation. If you eat an entire bag of rice cakes you're not really helping yourself. Also, keep a bottle of water with you to drink throughout the day.
Reply:I had the same problem... I didn't really find an easy fix though... I just kind of realized that I was eating too many sweets, and I was gaining weight from it!... I just simply say NO to candy now.. I can walk right by the delicious candy bowls, and not want a piece anymore... You just have to keep saying no, and before you know it, your habit will be broke..
DO NOT eat "sugar free" products to crave your sweet tooth, these products contain aspartame which is horrible for you... I see so many people on this site recommending sugar free pudding and jello and what not, but the reality of it is, "sugar free" is worse than regular sugar!
Don't completely cut sweets out tho, otherwise you'll just deprive yourself, and be miserable... I like to eat fruits now.. They taste SO much better than chocolate, and are healthy for you. I'm actually eating a clementine right now, and it is sooo good and juicy! :-)... just load up on fruits, and eat those whenever your craving sugar!

Reply:well i would find low fat or somthing helthy to bring to my office...like grapes there sour and sweet or anytype of fruit you like.. you can also put lemonade or orange juice then freeze it so you could make an icepop

Reply:i can't even help i have the same problem i went to the store and saw they had 3 for a 1.00 and i had to sneak the in the house pass my husband but i did only buy 3 i need help also!!!!!!! goo luck
