I have a VERY sweet tooth, HELP I'm addicted to sweets?
Hey well there is no need to eat fruit and drink load of water all day Fruit should be your snack between meals natural sweetness keep the Sugar away. 5 portions a day.

Also too much water is not good for you, 3 litres a day MAX other wise you will start to wash out all the Minerals in your body. = Toxic Poisoning

If it’s chocolate you crave for then your body is in need of a high protein intake.

Losing weight - Coffee grate for the morning helps speed up your Metabolism = burning fat – forget what you hear about it dehydrating you, that is only when you drink 1 cup(keep away from the America Starbucks size cups) after another. Adding Sugar and Milk adds to the calories. Don’t like Black coffee add Semi-Skimmed Milk NOT Whole Fat

You should consume most of your carbohydrate at breakfast %26amp; some at lunch as you need energy to get you through the day.

You want a breakfast that will not give you the hunger bug. Foods with Slow Release Energy.

Good example of slow release energy from food is Beans on toast you have your Fiber, Protein %26amp; Carbohydrates.

Come the evening don’t starve yourself as this will only tell your body to cling on to the fat. Make sure you have your intake of Vegetables, fiber, Protein (if you’re a vegetarian- Soya)

Steamed vegetables, high in Fiber, Vitamins %26amp; Minerals.

Potatoes (jacket potato) grate source of energy best time to eat them would be at lunch after a workout.

Feel hungry at night don’t lock the fridge have a bowel of cereal eg. (Special K) or some times it’s your body telling you I’m thirsty Drink some water.

Keep your fiber intake at a good level, fiber = free food to the body meaning it does not got to your hips and it fills you up %26amp; if you have it with a meal = slow release.

Don’t be food by them only 5% fat packages, by the time the manufacture has finish with taking there version of the fat out they just add lots of sugar and salt to make it taste better. What does that = more calories which you may not use which will turn into fat.

Healthy eating is only 1 part of weight loss.

Staying active plays a major part I’m sure you want to improve your body shape %26amp; tone as well as lose weight. If you don’t like the gym, get yourself a home exercise bike %26amp; while watching your favourite T.V program. Peddling away for 30mins on the bike while watching TV, is better then lounging on the couch.

End of the day if you have your 3 main meals a day with snacks in between the craving for sugar your body has well disappear.

Snacks like

Small Chocolate éclair

Lower-calorie cereal/fruit bar

Small teacake

25g (1oz) chocolate raisins

Pack of crisps %26amp; apple

lollipops.

Check the label for 100 calorie portion size.

Don’t deny yourself particular foods as this will set up cravings that lead to over eating or binge eating.

Repeat after me EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.

hope i've been helpful!!!!

;)
Reply:try having nutrition bars, they are tasty yet high in protein. I've once tried Chewy Bars with a flavour of Cookies and Cream and it taste wonderful. Of course, you have to depend on yourself by exercising and working out to get the weight you yearn for.

Hope it helps!
Reply:I would be a millionare if I knew the answer to that one. Nothing can stop me from eating sweets :)
Reply:there are lots of sugar free sweets on the market try lollys they take so long to suck that you shouldnt get through that many a day also get ome sugarfree gum.
Reply:you can get waight watchers chocolat try it
Reply:Those chocolate whip yogurts are very good, but it sounds like you need more self control. If you really really want to lose weight, then you will FORCE yourself to stop eating in an unhealthy manor. If you feel like you CANT stop eating... then you dont really want to lose the weight. Its that simple.
Reply:If you try to totally deprive yourself, you'll only go really nuts at some point and binge out. If you're trying to stop eating so much sugar, cut yourself back until you're at a point where you can be satisfied with a little bit.

I think that the over the counter appetite suppressants are scary; you might try coffee or tea, with a little sugar, to take the edge off the bitterness.
Reply:There's no shortcut - regular exercise will give you more energy, make you happier and make your appitite less of an issue. You'll probably also become more motivated to eat less crap. Fruit smoothies are fantastic if you don't like eating fruit - Tesco do individual packs of chopped, mixed fruit to just bung in a blender with juice and get your vitamin hit.
Reply:I have the same sweet tooth, so know what you are going through.

I tried a herbal pill called ADIOS , it made my weight reduce by 1 stone ( 14 LBs ), and I still hate the same things.

You can now buy glutten free and fat free chocolate. try them or try and suck a stone ,, yes i know it sounds strange but it will make your matablism start and that is when the weight will be lost.

Hope this helps.
Reply:I'm sorry I'm sure this question is just dying for "I have something you can eat all day" remark.... Sorry , I just had to say it.

Have you ever tried the little packets of pumpkin seeds or some other seeds from a health shop. I find that you can spend all day eating them and they are so small they won't fill you up. I'm not sure whether they are good for diets though. Good Luck.
Reply:drink lots a green tea and water each day
Reply:try some high fiber - whole grain cereal, look at the labels and pick one with the least sugar (look at total carbohydrates). I like Honey Bunches of Oats w/ Almonds. Eat it dry. Also, the more sugar you eat the more you will crave - your blood sugar spikes when you eat it and when it starts to plummet, you crave sweets again. It is a vicious cycle. Carrots can be sweet, apples, chew gum, and take apple cider vinegar pills. Get them at a health food store, very safe and helps with metabolism of sugar. The key is FIBER, the more fiber you eat, the less hungry you will be, the slower the sugar is absorbed, appetite is suppressed, stomach will flatten out, NO LIE :), Read the labels and eat as much raw stuff as you can. You wont be disappointed!
Reply:Hello. I would like to help you out with this one. You like sweets very much. Hmm. This is what you can do: Try not to buy the sweets that often, if someone asks you if you want a treat take one or two but not alot or none at all. If you want to loose some weight than you can exercise more and try to drink water but not alot and occasionally eat fruit. Im sorry but i dont no what you can eat all day that won't help you can any weight. But you can look in the stores.
Reply:Dieticians say its not what you eat but how much you eat that matters. So just eat little pieces of chocolate.I also have a sweet tooth and I have found that eating a little bar of Dairy Milk a day makes me feel better about the waste of space I live in!
Reply:if you aren't gaining any weight with all the sweets u eat right now, then your lifestyle is burning the calories you're taking in. I'm addicted to sweets, as well, and can tell you if you start walking or riding a bike three times a week, you'll lose a few pounds.

to help myself eat less sweets, i try to find things that take a lot of time to eat, like wrapped candies, or twisty twizzlers. that way it takes me longer to eat them, and during the day i am eating less of them. they really aren't healthy for us.
Reply:I have the same problem. What worked for me is acupuncture. You can get these little acupuncture needles (minute) put in that are attached to a sticking plaster and they stay in your ears at a certain acupressure point and stop cravings. I was really sceptical but it worked! Drawback is that you need to go to an acupuncturist to get them put in and refreshed every week or so.
Reply:I need to lose weight too. I know everything there is to know about healthy eating....but knowing it and doing it are 2 very different things!! You could try grapes they are sweet and easy to carry in your bag, or sultanas. Both are sweet and you could try fooling your self that they are really proper sweets. Or you could go for complete withdrawal from sweets..........but that is REALLY hard. Good luck!! As for appetite suppressors, I've heard a lot about hoodia but I haven't tried it yet.
Reply:Have you tried eating nuts or seeds, I heard that liquorice is good for suppressing the appetite, the black kind not the strawberry laces kind which is my fave!!!
Reply:The chewy granola bars come in lots of flavors and are pretty good. Also, the various fruit snacks are pretty good, and most are fat free. Also try dried fruits as a snack, they are pretty good.

Jelly beans are fat free, and will solve a sweet craving pretty quick. If you don't like just plain water, try some of the Crystal Light on the go packs. There are a bunch of different flavors, and they are made to go in a bottle of water.

The best appetite suppressor I have found is milk. Drink an 8 ounce glass before a meal, and you will feel more full and not eat as much, plus you are getting nutrients.

There is no magic formula to losing weight, but you have to try. If you are really opposed to exercise, try parking farther away at the store. It's exercise that doesn't seem like it. Use a smaller plate at meals, and no seconds. Read labels and watch your saturated fat content. Stay away from fast food burgers -- they have almost half the daily recommendation in one burger. If you can stand it, eat salads for one meal a day (I have a friend who doesn't eat "rabbit food"). Check various websites for great recipes that are low fat. Limit your amounts of sauces and gravies.

I have found that if I diet 5 out of 7 days a week, it works best for me. On my two days off, I can have whatever I want. I have found that as I go on, I don't want as much as I used to. But I was put on my diet for medical reasons. You don't want to have to go that route.

Good Luck, and feel free to email me if you have more questions.
Reply:Try raw veg, make dips. Make fruit into deserts such as mousse or mix them up. Puree them. Make them into crumbles. Make veggies into soups, casseroles or stir frys. Try eating natural yoghurt with added fruit. Fruit and veg isn't boring if you make them into more interesting things.
Reply:Do you use Equal or Sweet N Low? I found when I used them that I had an insatiable sweet tooth all the time! I've gone back to sugar.

Extra protein in the diet can help regulate blood sugar and help some.

Taking a Chromium supplement can help.
Reply:Don't try appetite suppressors, they can be dangerous and they're not healthy. you could have an intolerance to sugar, or a fungal infection in your intestines or a parasite and these would make you crave sweets like an addict crave drugs. Get a food allergy test done by way of a electronic resonance therapy. you can find out about these all over the Internet by way of a search engine. prices vary from £65 to £400, i went to one in E.London called Arms Chemist. This is fantastic and has to be experienced to be believed, I lost over 2 stone in 3 months and it's stayed off, I've lost my sweet tooth and i can enjoy sweets in moderation now. I also used to suffer from skin complaints which a dermatologist could not diagnose, neck problems which two Orthopaedic surgeons and a chiropractor could not diagnose and feelings of tiredness and cravings for wheat and Yeast. All these problems are almost gone now, they were caused by toxins in my body being released by the parasites, infections and in-tolerances.

hope this helps! it helped me
