Is it healthier to be a salty tooth than a sweet tooth?

i think it's better to be salty tooth becuase you only get a stomach ache and throat pain from too much salt, and you get cavities from too much sugar

Is it healthier to be a salty tooth than a sweet tooth?
you can get high blood pressure and strokes from water retention if you hold too much salt in your body.....

but then again.. too much sugar can lead to diabetis.. your up the creek both ways I guess..
Reply:i don't know.

On the one hand we have all the assorted sweets.

On the other hand, we have potato chips, salted nuts, crackers, tortilla chips, etc.

Too much of anything is not good for the body, and poor dentaly hygene and genetics can lead to tooth loss.

So, be moderate and brush your teeth and you won't have much to worry about.

Reply:NO.
Reply:NEITHER, But probably salty is a little bit better. :) Very good question though, it's something to actually think about
Reply:Neither is good, but if i had to say, i would say a sweet tooth because with good exercise it's easier to work off those sugars.
Reply:Neither is healthier! Moderation in all things, is best. But I do love a good sweet glass of tea, now and then.
