Sweet tooth problem..?
You will gain weight (which leads to obesity and maybe diabetes), get cavities. Bad.

I wouldn't cut eating it cold-turkey. But try eating them in smaller amounts and if you eat chocolate, and have another craving the day--give that craving up.

If you have a sweet tooth craving--drink a Diet Coke instead of chocolate or a Orange Julius. For chips and other fatty stuff, try them baked instead.

Avoid nachos, ranch dressing, and pretzels with butter at Malls and Cafeterias. At the mall food court, get a water bottle. That way you can bring it into stores, and save calories.

Exercise.

Drink lots of water, and eat a colorful diet. It's healthy and no need to count calories. Just eat different colored veggies, and fruits a day.

For desert, instead of cake, try 1/2 of a medium sized cantaloupe sprinkled with fresh mint and honey. Fresh, and tasty!
Reply:get them out of the house, best thing to do...
Reply:Cosequences? Well obviously at some point you will gain weight. just how it is! we all wish those lovely foods where good for us %26amp; the nasty carrots %26amp; salads where bad! But unforntatly its life. Get them out the house ! %26amp; find healthier options. weight watchers options. Eat healthy but treat urself on the weekend?

Reply:Throw them away.

Seriously..

If you eat too much unhealthy food then you could get a lot of unused fat - even if you're skinny, or average, you could still have a lot of fat in you
Reply:Drink water! IT will make you full and you wont be thinking about food all day. If your not sure drink another cup of water and then try again. Water is the best thing that you can drink!
Reply:Here's a little trick used by bodybuilders and professional athletes -- allow yourself one "cheat meal" or as much as half a day a week where you can "cheat" and eat/drink whatever you want as long as you don't stuff yourself. The rest of the time you should do your best to avoid junk food and sweets. Having an occasional dessert is OK, but junk food and sweets have to be the exception, not the rule. If you're too tempted by the bad-for-you stuff, don't have it in the house.

Consequences of eating unhealthy food = weight gain, higher cholesterol, high blood pressure, greater risk for heart attack, stroke, and Type II adult-onset diabetes.
