Although i've lost 10 kgs i cant controll my sweet tooth now n fear putting on weight again.please help?

chew sugar-free gum everytime you crave something sweet, or drink some green tea sweetened with splenda
Reply:have one or tewo sweets like candy near the begining of the day so you can burn off the sweets
Reply:When I lost weight, I had an enormous sweet tooth as well. I chew gum because it gives me something sweet to chew on. After a while desserts in moderation we're ok. I still go through months when I decide to give up a paticular thing that isn't good for me, i.e. this month I gave up pizza. Go a month with an occasional dessert, maybe once a week. Then have no desserts the next week.

GET RID of all the candy and soda in your house, and THROW IT AWAY! You don't need to "save" it for later.





Stock up on your favorite sweet fruits for when you have a


craving. Mango's, bananas, and different berries are great!


If you put some berries in a small bowl with some cool whip on top, you've got desert.





For drinks don't buy sweet juices, those contain just as much sugar as sodas. Buy the V05 vegetable and fruit juices, they're really good, and good for you. I like the tropical one.


Also keep bottled water around to take on the go. If you really don't like the taste of water, buy those crystal light on the go packets. They're really good.





At parties where they have candy and deserts, pick 1 thing that you want and have a small portion of that, it should be able to fit in your hand when you make a "C" shape.
