wish u a healthy life and a beautiful u
Reply:if you need sweets choose those that are low in calories or fat.
Reply:if you must have the sweets, try one's sweeten with splenda sugar substitute. it will cut back on calories and sugars that may contribute to weight gain. i know it's not the real thing, but it makes a darn good substitute. you can find tons of sweets (ice cream, candy) sweetened with splenda or other sugar substitutes. in my experience, splenda taste the best. then, you can slowly start cutting back the sweets a little at a time till you cut back to a satisfying level or no sweets at all.
Reply:they say that when you're craving sugar/sweets, what you really need is protein...maybe try eating a high protein food first and see if it helps curb your sugar craving...peanut butter, yogurt, boiled egg, etc...I've also found that drinking a cup of hot spicy/sweet tea helps...Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice is GREAT!
Reply:go to departmental store, get food with frustose or food for diebetic patients only..they really helped me to curb the porblem..but dont engage in fake suagars because they endangers internal organs..

or exercise then award yourself afterwards....

worse come to worse get stomach by pass done!its dangerous though for risk of post operative infection
