I love to eat junk food, how can i eat healthier but still have a sweet tooth?

Love chocolate and pretty much any junk food without any type of nuts but dont eat enough fruits and vegtables. I dont like them and would rather eat cheese doodles

maybe u should try the 100 calorie packs.......they come in all sorts of different choices.....whether ur craving doritoes or nutter butters they r there and they wont hurt ur diet....i know u say that u dont like fruits a veggies but maybe there r some u havent tried that perhaps u may like......ever had a starfruit? or kiwi? how about cooked beets or steamed broccoli? in any case keep searching cuz im sure that there has to be some type of healthy food that u will like! maybe u could start drinking v8 or ensure.......and dont forget to take a multivitamin and calcium supplement everyday to ensure that ur body gets all of the vitamins and minerals it needs everyday! hope this helps!
Reply:Fruit by its self is already really sweet.Try going a day without sweets and eat strawberrys or grapes or apples.They Help out alot....Whenever you feel like you want something sugary eat a fruit.

Reply:Yogert. Stoneyfarms organic yogert is quite good and doesn't contain synthetic ingredients as other yogerts. Worth every penny. I also have a sweet tooth.
Reply:Fruit is really your best option to replace sugary treats! Cut fruit up and sprinkle on a little Splenda to make it even sweeter.


If you must have chocolate, make it dark cocolate, it has antioxidants which are very good for you :)


Buy baked chips/crackers and flavored soy crisps instead of deep fried potato chips and such...
