How do I stop my anoying sweet tooth nothing helps ?

Don't keep 'sweets' around you. Get busy and you will forget about food. I like to have A PIECE of candy everyday, but I know that nothing in excess is good for you...this includes sweets.





If you can't keep them around and ration yourself, then don't keep them around. Its as simple as that~





Women crave chocolate around their period. This is because of the magnesium found in chocolate. Perhaps your body is low in magnesium and thats why you crave it? Try taking a magnesium supplement. I take a Calcium/Magnesium supplement everyday and you should too~

3 days is all it takes to get rid of cravings (withdrawal). you just have to get threw those 3 days...
Reply:It takes longer than three days. Just find other foods to replace it. Sugar snap peas are good because they have the sweetness, but not the heavy cavity causing sugar. There's also smoothies that have like strawberries or peaches in them. But the ones with fresh fruit are better. Avoid ones with added sweetners.
Reply:Find out what you're craving. If you put off satisfying your sweet tooth, it'll only make things worse. If you want chocolate, grab a mini piece of dark chocolate and take your time eating it. Enjoy each and every bite. If it's hard candy, grab one or two pieces and enjoy them slowly. Or ever try fat free pudding. It'll help you satisfy your sweet tooth, your cravings (if you want chocolate), and is guilt free.
