How can i stopl my sugar cravings, i have an intense sweet tooth?

i want to dramatically cut back on my sugar intake and cravings. i think i eat too much sugar because most products with it are quick and easy to eat and i just love cookies and ice cream and chocolate ;D.

If you go long periods between meals or skip meals you blood sugar crash, it makes you crave sugar for the quick energy. the vitamin B answer is also correct. if you feel a big sugar crave and you have missed a meal or it is close to time, your craving can be lessened or stopped by protein, peanut butter, mixed nuts, or a couple of ounces of cheese anything you can find or carry with you that has a lot of protein in it. Not enough B vitamins can cause sores in the cracks of your mouth and/or a sore tongue.
