Why do we say we have a "sweet tooth" when we like sweet things?
a tooth that makes you want the sugar- not something your responsible for...you've just been born with the tooth...as for weird sayings- I'm 30 and just "got" what "are you out of your cotton-picking mind" meant.you could find these slips everywhere-why do our children sing ashes to ashes a song about the plague and 3 handicap mice that get their tails cut off
