A Volcano, its sold at Rainforest restaurants. It is a Hot brownie served over vanilla ice cream, with hot fudge drizzled over it.

Reply:I'm not craving sweets yet, as it's only 8:52 am and I have a bellyache, but I usually go for chocolate, the darker the better :) I bought gummy worms last night, though, so that's what I'll be having later today.

Or Angel Food Cake with Fresh Fruit. Or Cheese Danish. Or a Blueberry Muffin. Or Ice Cream. Better yet, a little of each! :)

I'm a sucker for warm desserts with custard. My fave is malva pudding (local south african dish) with custard.

I don't feel sorry for the person who has to choose from among a list of delicious desserts, when there's someone in the world who is probably more deserving but won't get any dessert at all today. This doesn't get me down, it just makes me appreciate dessert more, and makes me desire to give my dessert to someone more deserving.

Reply:chocolate mousse, tiramisu, or cream brulee. I mention these three not to be snobbish, but because I have not tried to make either of these, nor have I tried any (except the mousse). I want to try them now.
