Mix it with dog food. You'll either end up hating sweets, or get poisoned.
Reply:Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat more water by eating juicy fruits. See site below.

Reply:Read up on the Atkins diet if you're not familiar with it. It was made for people like you.
Reply:Your craving may actually be an allergy. I would suggest you discuss with your doctor about going through a food sensitivity regimen. You start with a cleansing period, eating bland foods, or sometimes even fasting. Then you add one food at a time and see what effect it has on you. If you avoid the allergen, it might help to solve your problem. You can also be tested for allergies, but that's quite a bit more expensive.
Reply:Become ingredient savvy! Are these sweets you are craving made with honey or real cane sugar? Or are they made with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)? Chances are, they are HFCS.

HFCS is a very addictive substance. I left a link below which will help explain a little of what I am saying. It is added to our food so we buy more. We buy more, because we are addicted to HFCS.

Now I always had a sweet tooth. But about two years ago, I quit HFCS and MSG (another addictive food substance). I do not crave sweets the way I used to. But I do eat a small piece of chocolate every day because for one, it's actually good for you and two, pure chocolate from makers like Cadbury do not add HFCS to the product. I also add honey (a metabolism booster and a nice way to satisfy a sweet tooth) to my foods and drinks. So I do not deny my sweet tooth when I have one. There are many healthy ways to enjoy sweets by making some simple desserts like plain jello mixed with fruit juices and add whip cream. Frozen blueberries with honey and granola, healthy flax seed cookies, just be creative. There are plenty of healthy sweet low calorie recipes online. You can enjoy your sweets, just do it right and read your labels!

Treat HFCS as you would any other drug and just say no to HFCS and your addiction will subside. Replace this drug with natural sweets such as honey, organic cane sugar, stevia, fruits and pure chocolate.
