Reply:chocoholic here. let's put it this way. for my birthday this year instead of cake I had fudge. That's right. there lay a slab of fudge with a candle lol my kids thought I was so weird.

Reply:Its all about the chocolate. Cake, fudge, pie, pudding, cheesecake, brownies, truffles, bonbons, ice cream, mousse cookies, chocolate covered strawberries....its all good if its chocolate. But I have to say the ultimate is a recipe from Taste of Home for a Chocolate Truffle cake that is to die for.

I love gateaux that I could eat with ice cream. There's this recipe I got called "Harlequinn pudding". It's amazing!! it's actually a gateaux %26amp; tastes heavenly with ice cream.
