How can I curb a serious sweet tooth?

Eat a snickers bar.

How can I curb a serious sweet tooth?
Get some peanut butter fudge!
Reply:Eat cheese! I know it sounds funny, but it works! It help me, or brush you teeth..
Reply:all you have to do is take out the dumb thing and lay it on thje curb of the street. then no problem, see? pretty easy, what you say?
Reply:Eat fruits...it is a healthier alternative than candy to curbing a sweet tooth.
Reply:Why would you want to do that? What problem are you trying to solve?

For most problems you can solve by doing more exercise. This way not only you get to keep a sweet habit, you also get a lot of benefits from being more healthy.

I always reward myself with a big piece of chocolate after a sweaty yoga class.
Reply:Nothing really works other than will power.
Reply:You could continue enjoying the sweet foods you love, but have half the portion and follow with a piece of fruit or some gum. That works for me. Sometimes...
Reply:chew gum.

eat just ONE (i.e. not the whole box of cookies) eat it slowly. Before you go for another try and wait 5 minutes. You will crave it way less if you wait.

Best option:

throw it away before you get the urge to eat it.
Reply:i have had this problem!!!!!! what i found works is this ~~i get myself all excited about eating only healthy. instead of grabbing that chocolate bar i eat cereals low in fat or fat free that contain fruit! eventually your body will stop craving it! good luck 2 u!
