What do you suggest? I've done the fruit thing and its not the same.

I have a sweet tooth but am trying to lose weight...?
Try sugar free popsicles and the all fruit frozen bars. Those are great! They are sweet and take a while to eat.
Reply:I am the same so i tend to eat creamed rice with skim milk and brown sugar and cinnamon.

Hope this helps!!
Reply:when you really, i mean really want something sweet, eat a spoonful of jelly . Believe me after that you won't want anything sweet for a LONG time

I've tried it and it works
Reply:The biggest problem I have is a sweet tooth myself however,I was forced to go on a diet only because my doctor told me I was insulin resistant. if you want something frozen..Fat free or light ice cream would help.Hershey makes some sugar free candies-( please eat in moderation)

Drink lots of water--The more you drink, the less you will have urges to snack

Go do a search on some alternative snacks that may help you curb your sweet tooth.
Reply:Well if I was you I would buy Weight Watchers because it seems like sugary food when it is as healthy as can be!!!
Reply:buy the fat free snack bar.
Reply:Caramel Chocolate Chip Rice Cakes by Quaker Oates pretty good.

Slim Cow ice cream snacks are really yummy

I also like Frosted Flakes right outta the box...they have them in 1/3 less sugar too
Reply:try the "ONE CARB" choclate bars by NESTLE. or just buy the sugar free candies. trust me, they taste just like the other ones that have sugar in them, and they have a big variety, there is a sugar-free version of every candy(almost)
Reply:Try sugar free candy. I get it in bulk from a candy store in the area and It tastes great. It took looking in a couple of different shops to find good flavor, but it is out there.
Reply:Try making stuff with Splenda, it very sweet without that nasty after taste that aspartame has. There are lots of recipes on the package, on the internet, and there is a cook book dedicated to it.
