Yo how do I substitute my sweet tooth when i work out??

ever since I was a little kid I liked candy such as chocolate and gummi candy etc.





but now i'm grown and i work out a lot and i eat healthy, but my only problem is my sweet tooth.





i still like candy and every now and then i get the crave for it and i buy it and then i eat the whole bag at one time cause i'm greedy.





is there something i can get instead of that stuff to satisfy my sweet tooth? i need it like once a week.

I agree that fruit is a great alternative. But when only chocolate will do. I just grab a few peices of some semi-sweet baking chips. They are not as bad for you as milk chocolate but taste better than dark chocolate. Plus they are rich so you can only eat a few, and you can go it without blowing you calories out of the water.
Reply:Fruit!! Im huge on wanting to eat sour gummy worms and Ive found that eating a Granny Smith apple (the green ones) totally take that sour/sweet craving away!!
