the sweets are also making me tired.
I love sweets. is there anything out there anything out there that woild curb my sweet tooth?
I am also obsessed with sweets. I have enough cavities to store a lifetime supply of water. But I noticed that when I eat fruits like watermelon and cantelope I don't crave candy. Mangoes are great too!

Reply:I don't know of anything to curb sweet cravings, but you can manage it by buying those 100 calorie snack packs of cookies and candies. This will help you with portion control. Also, eating a lot of artificial sweeteners and stuff can make you tired and throw your body off, so try eating veggies and fruits. Or you can combine them with your sweets like trail mix that has nuts and raisens with m%26amp;ms, peanut butter on carrots or celery, apples dunked in carmel or chocolate.

Yes.. I have the answer for you... Have someone follow you around with a thick ruler all day. Instruct that person to hit your fingers anytime you reach for candy! Waaap!! No actually I am kidding... You just have to reach inside and use that thing called willpower! We all have it in us, its just that we do not always use it!

Reply:I get cravings really bad for sweets and I'm on a diet. I'll eat a sugar free fudgesicle some can have as little as 40 calories.
