My friend and I are doing a no dessert/candy fast for basketball season (we do have occasional cheat days, like Christmas Day, etc). Everyday I find myself constantly craving sweets (especially chocolate) that I can't have. Fruit doesn't totally satisfy me. What can I do?
What can I eat to satisfy my sweet tooth?
Cadbury thin bars! They're only 100 calories so basically guilt free, plus they're a nice size so they fill you up and give you enough to taste the chocolate. They help me through my cravings. :)
Reply:Honey Nut Cherrios are good choice
Reply:I think that I would drink like a teaspoon of non fat maple syrup.... trust me, you wont want to eat anymore sweets fro a week!
Reply:There's some sugar free chocolate which can taste pretty good. Hershey's makes a good one. Diet sodas also help me when I need some sweetness.
Reply:you said fruit doesn't work but have you tried eating a whole orange? they are very high on the satiety index.
Reply:cocaine
Reply:Have a yogurt with fruit.
Reply:Milk Choclate with reduced sugars is the best. They are the best for your overall health. You need Choclate, because of the help for your heart.
